International education programs – organization of joint bachelor and master programs with foreign universities, working out courses in English within existing educational programs of NArFU. In other words, everything connected to the modernization of education, the Bologna process and the prospective changes in the labor market is the activity field of the unit of International education programs. Academic mobility — organization of student exchange programs, international trainings of graduate students and teachers, internship programs of international students at NArFU, summer schools, PhD schools. Academic mobility is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in teaching and scientific research abroad. Academic mobility is the door-opener to the world of foreign education and starting program for your success in life.
International Projects — overall coordination and administration of international projects on the university level, fund raising for developing university infrastructure. Visa support and registration — assistance in invitation and visa receiving, registration of international students and teachers; visa support for the NArFU staff. University of the Arctic is an international network of educational and research organizations involved in the study of the North. The aim of this network is to provide sustainable development of the circumpolar Arctic region through education and continuous exchange of knowledge. Today, more than 140 educational institutions develop cooperation within the University of the Arctic. Currently the program “Bachelor of Circumpolar Sciences” is available to the students of NArFU.
